Every yard deserves a hero.
Your DFW pet waste removal squad
Captain Scoop patrols Dallas–Fort Worth yards every week — up to 2 dogs included, gate-photo proof, and absolutely no poop left behind. No contracts, ever.
Licensed, insured & bonded · Photo proof after every single visit

What do we do?
Professional pet waste removal — handled start to finish, with proof.
We're glad you asked! We handle the stinky mess for you. Of all the chores you could outsource, this one isn't a close call. Pick your cadence — weekly, twice-weekly, or every other week — and a uniformed, background-checked tech handles the rest: a full grid-pattern sweep of the yard, every pile scooped and double-bagged, nothing left for your shoes to discover later. Each visit ends with a photo of your securely closed gate. Keep mowing the lawn if you enjoy it. Nobody enjoys this.
Consider this: your backyard should be the safest playground in town. Give the kids the gift of a squish-free playtime experience, where bare feet can fly through the grass without anyone inspecting their landing zone first. We sweep every pass of the yard, so the only thing anyone steps in is grass — all for about what you pay for a fast-food lunch each week.
On patrolEvery visit includes
A full sweep of the yard — front, back, and side runs, plus patios, decks, flower beds, and along the fence line where the surprises hide. We don't "spot check." We walk every pass, every time.
Sanitized equipment, every single yard
Our tools and boots are disinfected with kennel-grade sanitizer between every yard we visit. Dog waste can carry parvo, giardia, and hookworms from one lawn to the next — so nothing that touched another yard touches yours.
Photo proof + "all clear" notification
When the yard is done, you get a notification with a photo of your closed, latched gate. You'll never wonder whether we came or whether the gate got left open. If we serviced it, you can prove it.
Your dogs can stay out. You don't have to be home.
Our techs are dog people — friendly dogs are welcome to supervise. We don't need you home: give us the gate code or leave the gate unlocked on your service day and come home to a clean yard. (Anxious or protective pup? Just keep them in during your window and we handle the rest.)
Up to 2 dogs included
Every plan covers up to 2 dogs. Got a bigger squad? Each additional dog is just $2 per cleaning ($4 on the every-other-week plan — two weeks of accumulation per visit), billed with that visit. No re-quotes, no "large household" surcharges.
Deodorize add-on — $5 a visit
Beyond scooping: for $5 a visit we treat the yard with a pet-safe deodorizer that neutralizes odor at the source instead of covering it up. Great for small yards, dog runs, and August.
No contracts. Actually none.
Pay per visit, cancel in two clicks from your account, no phone-tree hostage negotiation. We'd rather earn the yard every week than lock you into it.

Every hero needs villains.
Somewhere between the swing set and the fence line, there's a surprise with your name on it. Let us get there first.
THE LAND MINE
Threat level: SQUISH
Lurks in the tall grass by the swing set. Strikes cleats, bare feet, and brand-new sneakers without mercy or warning. Known accomplice: your lawnmower, which turns a small crime scene into a large one. You will smell this decision for weeks.
THE TRACKER
Powers: teleportation
One second it's in the yard. The next it's on the rug, the stairs, and — nobody has ever explained how — the couch.
THE WAFT
Invisible. Not undetectable.
Around 4pm on a 98° afternoon, the whole cul-de-sac knows he's yours.
THE PARTY CRASHER
Wanted in 3 counties
Shows up at your barbecue uninvited. Ruins exactly one pair of shoes and the next twenty minutes of conversation. The brisket was perfect. Nobody remembers the brisket.
“This yard has a problem. I've seen it. I've smelled it.
…I've stepped in it.
That's why I patrol.”
— Captain Scoop, Issue #1
The kids swore they'd handle it.
Your dog made the mess. Your kids will find it. Unless the Captain finds it first.
A puppy arrives. A vow is made.
“I'll scoop EVERY DAY. I PROMISE. Can we name him Spot?!”
A chore chart is born. It has stickers. It is magnificent.
Nine days later.
The chart has gone quiet.
Historians would later call this period “the fading.”
The excuses arrive in waves.
“It's too hot.” “It's raining.” “I have homework.”
The chart was never seen again.
And so the chore passed, as it always does…
…to you.
(You knew. Deep down, you always knew.)
Look — the kids meant well. But the Captain doesn't do homework, doesn't melt in August, and honestly? He likes this job. Weekly patrols, a photo of your closed gate every single visit, and you never think about any of it again.
Where We Patrol
We currently serve the DeSoto / Cedar Hill / Duncanville area — our home turf — and we're expanding outward across Dallas–Fort Worth, one neighborhood at a time.

Questions? We've Got Answers.
How much does it cost?+
You pay per visit, after we've actually serviced your yard: Weekly $22.99/visit, Twice-weekly $19.99/visit, Bi-weekly $31.85/visit. Nothing is charged at signup — your card goes on file and completed visits are billed in one simple charge at the end of each service month — on the weekly plan that's typically 4 or 5 visits on one statement, depending on the month. Every plan includes up to 2 dogs; additional dogs are $2 per dog per visit ($4 on the every-other-week plan). Your first visit is a one-time $49 deep clean, billed in place of the regular visit rate — we reset the yard no matter how long it's been. (If you pause service and come back after more than a month, the restart visit is the $49 deep clean too — the yard needs the full reset.) Prices are before applicable sales tax. No contracts, no monthly minimum, cancel anytime — any unbilled visits are simply settled when you cancel.
Do I need to be home?+
Nope. As long as we can safely access the yard, you never have to be home. We send a photo of your secured gate after every visit.
What if you miss a spot?+
Tell us within 24 hours and we come back free — same day when we can. That's our 100% re-clean guarantee. Read the full guarantee →
How many dogs are included?+
Every plan includes up to 2 dogs. Have more? Each additional dog is $2 per visit on the weekly and twice-weekly plans, and $4 per visit on the every-other-week plan (two weeks of buildup per cleaning) — billed with that visit, only when we actually clean.
Can my dogs be outside during the visit?+
Usually, yes — our techs are dog lovers, and most pups happily supervise the whole job. The one exception is safety: if your dog is large or doesn't love strangers, please bring them inside or secure them on a leash during your service window. If our tech can't enter the yard safely, we'll have to skip that visit — you won't be charged the service fee, but a $5 trip fee will be applied.
What about gate locks and access?+
At signup you tell us how we get in: leave the gate unlocked on service days, give us your keypad code, tell us where a key is hidden, or choose to let the tech in yourself (we text you when we're on the way). Your gate is always re-secured, and we prove it with a photo. If we arrive and can't get in, we'll try to reach you on the spot — if we still can't service the yard, you won't be charged the service fee, but a $5 trip fee will be applied.
Where do you serve?+
We're rolling out across Dallas–Fort Worth, starting with the southern metro — DeSoto, Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Red Oak, Lancaster and nearby. Enter your ZIP at signup to check your address; outside the current area, leave your info in the service-area section and you'll be first to know when we reach you.
What happens to the waste?+
Every pickup is double-bagged and sealed. By default we dispose of it onsite in your outdoor trash bin at no charge — or for a small per-visit fee we'll haul it away with us so nothing sits in your bin. Prefer neither? At signup (or anytime in your member portal) you can tell us exactly where you'd like it instead — leave it bagged by the gate, a specific spot in the yard, whatever works for your setup. Your call, and you can switch anytime.
Rain or holidays?+
If weather or a holiday gets in the way, your visit rolls to the next day. If a visit is ever missed and we can't make it up before your next scheduled service, it's simply not charged — you only ever pay for yards we actually cleaned.
