Cap'n Scoop — Reporting for Doody

The 100% Re-Clean Guarantee 🛡️

Effective October 2, 2026

If we missed a spot, we come back and make it right — free. No arguing, no forms, no “send it to corporate.” This page is the whole deal, including the fine print, written so an actual human can read it.

The promise

Every visit is a full, grid-pattern sweep of the serviced areas. If you find waste we should have picked up, tell us and we'll return to re-clean the missed areas at no charge — the same day when our route allows, and within 48 hours at the latest. If we can't get back to you within 48 hours, that visit's service fee is credited to your account instead. Either way, you don't pay for work that wasn't done right.

The 24-hour window

Claims must be reported within 24 hours of the visit's completion (the timestamp on your completion photos). After 24 hours the guarantee for that visit expires — not because we stop caring, but because the residents of your yard keep, well, contributing, and after a day there's no fair way to tell a missed pile from a fresh deposit. Report fast and we'll move fast.

How to claim

Open the visit link from your completion text and use the chat — it goes straight to our team with that visit's photos and route already attached, so there's nothing to explain twice. You can attach a quick photo of what we missed right in the chat; it helps us route the right fix (and coach the tech), but it isn't required.

The remedy, precisely

Keeping it fair

We honor claims in good faith and expect the same. Every visit ends with time-stamped photos, and our techs' pay is never docked for a legitimate re-clean — so there's no incentive for anyone to argue with you. If an account shows a pattern of claims that don't match the photo record, we may ask for photos with future claims or, in rare cases, part ways as politely as we know how.

Changes

If we ever change these terms, the version on this page at the time of your visit is the one that applies to it.

Questions about a specific visit? The fastest path is the chat on your visit page — it goes straight to a human who can see your photos and your route.
